Stray From the Path are anything but subtle. Outspoken, straight up and furious, their newest album, Only Death is Real, says a lot of the things we’ve been trying to say for the past year. This record is pure venom.
Gideon have made themselves a staple in the hardcore scene during the last several years, and it’s no wonder why. With commanding vocals, charging breakdowns and emotional lyrics, this Alabama-born band have everything fans could want, which they showcase brilliantly on their new record, Cold.

A Knocked Loose show isn’t the kind of event you enter into lightly. The Kentucky-based hardcore band have quickly become infamous in the scene for bringing out the rowdiest and most brutal crowds. After the release of their first EP Pop Culture and their recent full-length Laugh Tracks, everyone knows by now that if you go into a KL pit you should expect to get K.O.’d.
“All my heroes went to hell.”
Knocked Loose just made my iPod the heaviest thing I own. Their debut EP Laugh Tracks is the hardest thing you’ll be part of this year. Kentucky just went from zero to brutal with these guys.
Kentucky based hardcore band Knocked Loose are set to release their debut full-length record Laugh Tracks on September 16th via Pure Noise Records. With the news comes a new music video for their single “Deadringer,” which doesn’t even make it to the three minute mark but damn is it a rager. If you didn’t already have this band on your list, now you do. Also, that album artwork should make you an instant fan regardless.
